Usage stats on Authentication

an Entity in Data Space: 134.155.108.49:8890

Authentication is what confirms that an entity is in fact that entity. A password is a popular form of authentication. Other forms of authentication include bio-metrics. These include finger print scanners, retinal scanners etc. Passwords and key cards are easier to steal while fingerprints aren't easily attainable. The person would need to activate the device themselves. Authentication is the first A in The AAA Model. Authorization is next.
