Tsi Umibe was a taciturn smith of the Oriole Clan. He was sent as his clan's representative in the Colonies, with residence in the Fuan-Ti's Tower in the Second City. His purpose was to establish a forge for the Oriole and then create weapons and armor to gain wealth and favor with other clans.
