Mayalique (/ˌmaɪ.əˈliːk/, Chell for "perfection") was a high-end cosmetics company headquartered on Classaeria in the Golden Empire. Founded and run in large part by Classaeria's native Jubill, it manufactured a wide range of makeup and skincare products, as well as perfumes. Mayalique received some criticism from Humans and other client species because of its tendency to use Jubill as models. The critics alleged that doing so promoted an unrealistic standard of beauty to impressionable young women of other species, and also amounted to a sort of false advertising.
