Charge Island is a small island featured in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. It is officially part of the borough of Dukes in the Humboldt River and lies between Algonquin to the west, Dukes to the east, and Bohan to the north. Charge Island is based on Randalls and Wards Island.
