Mykonos or Myconos is an enemy type in Random Kingdom III. They are predatory fungal creatures, rooted in the ground with a set of thick, tentacle-like roots at the base of their stems, yet able to move their stems and caps at will. They do not have arms or other prehensiles to manipulate their environment and consequently do not use meelee attacks. Instead, they can fire mushroom spores at their enemies. Their bodies also incorporate crystals which they can charge to fire Crystal Laser beams. These beams differ from genuine lasers in that they curve and arc towards their targets. It appears Mykonosi are actually mobile, but move on their tentacle-like roots on such a sluggish pace that it does not seem to matter for any in-game purpose. These creatures also spawn Myconids.
