This was the first event organized by Nolan Ross in the Yacht Club. This served as an opening for Nolan as he had just bought the club. But Emily and Nolan had other plans in mind. They used as a cover-up to investigate Kate Taylor. Nolan "accidentally" drop his drink to Kate and while she was cleaning up her dress Emily managed to steal her phone. She gave the phone to Nolan to investigate her and then Kate aproached to Emily asking for her help. Claiming that Malcom was blackmailing her in order to make her work for him. Emily told her to meet at her house so they would be safe there and they both left. Meanwhile, David aproached Emily telling her that he had a plan and she could not be involved.
