The B.L.U.B.B.E.R. is an undersea vehicle made of nothing but a highly trained whale (possibly a blue whale) and attached to its back is the control bay, disturbingly connected to its nervous system and brain. On its flukes, there are large gun-like structures to steer it. It was used in Operation: O.U.T.B.R.E.A.K.. It was used by Sector V to get to the Underwater Science Lab.
