Francis the Shepherd Boy is a young pandaren in charge of keeping watch over the sheep within Thunderfoot Fields in the Valley of the Four Winds. He is located due south of Thunderfoot Ranch, close to the road, and is cowering beneath the stairs as his livestock are picked off by the marauding animals.
