Acorn Plains is the first world of New Super Mario Bros. U. This grassy first world is very similar to the grassy second world, Donut Plains. They are both named after foods. Lemmy Koopa and the first Boom Boom are found here. To the north is the sandy second world, Layer-Cake Desert. To the east is the tropical third world, Sparkling Waters, the jungle themed fourth world, Soda Jungle and the mountainous sixth world, Rock-Candy Mines. To the northeast is the snowy fifth world, Frosted Glacier, the cloudy seventh world, Meringue Clouds and the lava themed eighth world, Peach's Castle. The castle for this world is Lemmy's Swingback Castle where Lemmy's Airship is flying around it.
