The Baltusian people were originally formed as an ethnic group in Baltusia. They make up Approximately 40 percent of the Baltusian population and they are the largest ethnic grouping in Baltusia. Most tend to follow the Religous teachings of Hosianism, while some are Atheists or are not Religous and some identify with other religions. The ethnic grouping is commonly found in central Seleya.
