The Mystical Legate of the Hidden Imam was the title given to the efreeti priest who oversaw the temples to Agni, Imix, Kossuth, Freyal, Surtr, and Hastsezini. All of these temples were located near the Charcoal Palace within the City of Brass. The Legate was protected by his own contingent of elite soldiers called the Guardians of the Three Fires.
