The Water Release: Blood Dragon Bullet Technique requires the blood of the user. The iron within the user's blood is then seperated and solidified into minuscule razor-sharp blades which are expelled from the user in a form similar to Water Release: Water Bullet Technique. As the blood-iron mixture hits its target it both cuts, and saws with the minuscule iron blades, as well as the additional effect of a powerful torrent from the projected blood.
