Augustine Henry Morrigan is a businessman and politician of Alenthylian origin. The first child of Duke Simon Morrigan of the Arbor in Alenthyl, August has lived a modest but privileged life. With an early political career defined by serving as his father's right hand, his independent career would begin following the War of the Wolf King in Novania where he was provided the opportunity to serve as the Count of Eastgrove. He would carry this title for nearly twelve years up until the end of the War of Forsaken faiths, which would take his father's life. Returning to Alenthyl shortly after Elterlein's takeover of Novania, he would then take his father's place as Duke of the Arbor.
