Hosianne Schäfer-von Metten, commonly referred to by her maiden name Hosianne von Metten, is a Hulstrian Hosian Democratic politician, the current Governor-General of Hulstria and Gao-Soto and one of the longest-serving Staatsministers of post-Septembrist Hulstria and Gao-Soto. A descendant of first HDV Chairman Emil von Metten, Von Metten comes from a political family of some influence, but started out her career as a doctor. During the September Revolution, she became engaged with the politics of the Hosianisch-Demokratisches Verbund within the 15th of September Movement, being seen as the former's political wunderkind (which led to an early nickname, "Michels' mädchen").
