TachiVan is a clan used for promo cards packaged with Vanguard Radio CDs and they are named by fans based on the voice actors' names. They can't be used in tournaments. The cards in this clan appear to ignore the standards of most cards (more than 1 critical printed, power is not in intervals of 1000, grade 3 card with boost instead of Twin Drive!!, grade 3 with 10000 guard, etc.). The races of the cards are rather names of the voice actors.
