The Certificaite Elvoir d'Équaisent Complétere (English: Helvoran Certificate of Completed Education), otherwise referred to as the CEÉC, is the credential award to academy students, awarded following the completion of years 11 and 12, which is used to indicate a student's final completion of pre-tertiary education, and also as an admission ranking tool for Helvoran Universities.
