Darrow Hill lies at the foot of the Alterac Mountains. Within the Hill is a system of caves occupied by fierce mountain Yeti. There are two fellfire braziers within these caves, the most noteworthy one is set beside a pool filled with what appears to be vast amounts of Yeti blood and water. The Yeti seem to avoid this section of the caves.
