Located in San Francisco, the ARASHIKAGE MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY was originally owned and operated by Tommy Arashikage, a.k.a. Storm Shadow. The academy was opened after Storm Shadow spent several months living in Snake-Eyes' cabin in the High Sierras.
