The ice-beetle was a creature found on Endor. Its poisonous bite could cause its victim to become encased in a tomb of ice. The only cure to combat the ice-beetle's bite was the juice of the fire plant found exclusively on the Mountain of Doom. Princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka was once bitten by an ice-beetle.
