Simpson & Wong was a weapons manufacturer that made old-fashioned chemical-based projectile weapons as well as applications for other firearms. The Harrington family owned a S&W rifle that fired 19.5-gram, ten-millimeter bullets. Honor Harrington liked to use it when she went ranging in the woods of Sphinx; she killed two peak bears with it the day she was adopted by her treecat, Nimitz.
