This quest is solo-able for a ranged toon. When nearing the final room, there is a small spot within the columns. In this confined space, Mukkir will not attack you. You can attack the Abyssal Totem. Although it will initially cause Mukkirs to attack you, you can let them attack you. Just wait and heal until they find their way back to spawn point. Then you can simply attack the Abyssal Totem, although patience is required since it has 50k health. As the seasoned warrior knows, Mukkirs are not to be handled lightly, especially alone. I completed this alone with a level 217 mage.
