Dark Matter is a major villain in the Kirby series. He is controlled by O2. It is the main antagonist of Kirby's Dream Land 2, Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. It is a shadowy sphere, with a single eye in the middle. It possesses someone (usually King Dedede) to help it with its goal.
