Following the concept of its album If the World 2, the song is based on the Japanese folktale Orihime and Hikoboshi. A widow is mourning her husband on the night of Tanabata who, before he died, wished he could become a star in his next life. The widow writes down her own wish: I want to see once more. When her time evetually becomes, she becomes a star in the sky and is reunited with until the day they both burn out a cease to be.
