The Assisted Plancha is a professional wrestling move. One attacker throws his partner out of the ring into a cross body on an opponent. Technically, this same end result is considered illegal when done purposefully by an opponent (although only CMLL still uses this rule, inconsistently.) A close cousin of this move is the Assisted Pescado. Instead of tossing the teammate, he's backdropped out of the ring.
