Chillblaine was The 1st of several unknown criminals that was given Captain Cold's Cold Gun by Captain Cold's Sister Golden Glider along with given the villain name of Chillblaine. She gave Captain Cold's Cold Gun to him after she got out of a mental institution. Chillblaine was suppose to help her Weather Wizard, Captain Boomerang, and Trickster to steal an object from a museum. However during the job Golden Glider got possessed by Eclipso and ended up killing Chillblaine.
