Shauna Brown was a resident of Biloxi, Mississippi and one of three citizens, along with Armando Rodriguez of Galveston, Texas and Kendall Taylor of Tampa, Florida, who was referenced by Senator John Keeler during a presidential debate with President David Palmer as an example of the thousands of workers who had allegedly lost their jobs due to trade agreements that Palmer had signed during his first term.
