Francis Carter Lewis, Jr. (October 20, 1843 - November 11, 1947) was a Canadian-Lovian newspaperman and businessman. He was born in Old Kinley, Lovia as the son of Francis Lewis Sr. and Martha Cotton. He was the co-owner and editor of the newspaper The Weekly Kinley from 1874 to 1900. From 1899 to 1909, he was a professor at Noble University. He was a member of the Lewis Family.
