Well, if ye be any level between 1 and 5 then it be best to fight enemies on these islands - Tortuga (just outside Misty Mire) or on the Island of Cuba. If ye be wanting a challenge, grab a couple mates and go fight General Hex, an Undead Skeleton Boss who uses a Voodoo Doll (in Misty Mire) for levels 6-10, ye can fight enemies anywhere on Tortuga, Cuba, or Port Royal, although ye may need some help.
