Promiscuous, insecure or just plain barmy men may decide, for little to no reason, to name their penis. The female equivalent (genitalia or breasts) is rarer, but not unheard of. The names themselves vary; sometimes it's their own name with 'Little' in front of it, sometimes it's something meaningful (or as meaningful as naming your penis can get) and sometimes it's just plain weird.
