Toyohiro Ando (安藤 豊弘, Ando Toyohiro) was an anime screenwriter in the 70s and 80s. He wrote the script to Scramble City as well as scripts for episodes of The Headmasters, Super-God Masterforce, Victory and the script to Zone. Outside of Transformers he has written episodes of Captain Future, Don Chuck Monotagari and Samurai Giants, as well as doing layouts for the Great Mazinger and Kotetsu Jeeg robot anime.
