Loretta Twain was a politician from the Agueda System. In 1922 PD, she served as President of Agueda, and issued an official protest when the Royal Manticoran Navy seized control of the local terminus of the Agueda-Stine Hyper Bridge. However, her government was believed to actually be very much in favor of Manticore's stance against he Solarian League. (HH13)
