Nasim Boutros was a Syrian-born national who was also an American citizen and also a member of a terrorist cell located in Los Angeles. Mere seconds after returning to his hotel room following his call to Haziq Khaleel, Nasim was ambushed and attacked by Mossad operative, Michael Rivkin who had been waiting for Nasim to return home with Rivkin stabbing Nasim once in the stomach before fleeing the scene.
