The Kimoko Clan originally came from Konohagakure, however, after a small skirmish with the Senju Clan, they were forced to retreat. Because of this, the Kimoko Clan and the Uchiha Clan grew close - especially from such a far distance. Together they discussed ways as to how to put an end to the Senju. Currently, both clans are looked up to as "Legends", due to their abilities and status.
