The First Battle of Lea Monde took place in an around the city of Lea Monde during the Sydney Losstarot War in the First Age. The army of the Grand Alliance led by Raistlin I and Britton Leonhart fought fiercely against the Mullencamp army of the infamous warlord Sydney Losstarot. They eventually managed to kill Sydney, but it had an unforeseen consequence: Sydney's second-in-command, Yurius, went berserk when he saw Sydney's death and began a new, devastating conflict, which would lead to the First Banishment and the beginning of the Second Age.
