Hirofumi Matsuoka is a video game graphic designer. He started at Nintendo R&D1, where he would work on design of various games starting with Metroid. He was also the director of various games on the Mario Artist and Wario series. In 2003, he left Nintendo and joined Creatures Inc., much like Hirokazu Tanaka.
