She is the mother of Phineas Flynn and Candace Flynn, and as she is married to Lawrence Fletcher, she is also Ferb Fletcher's stepmother. She is the only member of the Flynn-Fletcher family who does not seem to be aware of the "big ideas" that Phineas and Ferb pull off every day, as she is often not at home when they do them. As a result, she does not believe Candace telling her about these things, much to Candace's frustration.
