Ryan Kilran was a Moff of the First Galactic Empire and Grand Moff of the Second Galactic Empire for his services during the Decennial War, he had minor Force-sensitivity due to his ancestors relative closeness to powerful Sith during Vitiate's Sith Empire over three-and-a-half thousand years before the battle of Yavin, he was the primary forces on the Council of Moffs who backed Imperial Prince Zachary Palpatine before his companions during his rise to power during the Decennial War.
