This potion can only made in dungeons with complexity level ≥5. After the Evolution of Combat, strong weapon poison has a left-click 'Apply' option. Applying this potion would make your attacks have a chance of poisoning the target for 10 minutes. When suffering from strong weapon poison, enemies will take up to 87 damage every 10 seconds, gradually reducing until it wears off. Using it also changes the potion to a Weapon poison.
