Taurus Ballista (タウルス・バリスタ Taurusu Barisuta), the Buffalo Lord (バッファローロード Baffarō Rōdo), is one of the stronger Lords and is armed with the Supremacy Torreana (至高のトリアンナ Shikō no Torianna), a forked spear that can launch plasma balls. Ballista embodies the Lords' purpose, which is to purge the world of any human with special abilities, for the own good of humanity.
