Well Knights were a religious military order specific to Quaint. They were established by the health obsessed King Macrotus and followed the directives of their goddess, the Lady of Beneficence. Well Knights promoted purity of body and mind at sword point. Followers were made to exercise, eat vegetarian, and avoid smoke, drugs, drink, and sex. The list of prohibitions increased daily. Those who failed to meet their obligations were adjudicated and punished by a wide variety of tortures and ultimately execution.
