The Warrior-class Gunship Mark II is a further derivation of the Warrior-class Gunship developed jointly by REC and the New Republic Defense Fleet. While the original Warrior-class was heavily focused on being a capital ship hunter, the Mark II version is designed to be more of a balanced support ship capable of making close-in, pinpoint attacks on larger ships using its quad turbolasers and starfighter-grade proton torpedoes.
