Kaviarovitch is a Syldavian police agent who appears in King Ottokar's Sceptre in The Adventures of Tintin series. He was first seen when Tintin opened the door and it is believed that Sporovitch and the other Syldavians knocked him out causing him to amnesia. Thompson and Thomson don't believe him, so Tintin suggested to take him to the doctor. On the note book it was written LIQUIDATED all over his page showing that he had been murdered.
