The Foot Gunner Ninja is a boss in the TMNT 2003 video game who has a shield, a flamethrower, and a rocket launcher. He appears in one level in the game and another level in challenge mode. He was defeated by the TMNT in the game. Although the Foot Gunner Ninja didn't appeared in the TMNT 2003 TV series, a group of robot ninjas that first appeared in "Rogue in the House" are based on him called Foot Mechs.
