The Grinning Stranger is a small enemy that is encountered early on in Parasite Eve II but is eventually replaced by the Odd Stranger. They appear in pairs typically and will attempt to bite Aya Brea or grab her hand, which causes sizable damage before they are knocked off. They will attempt to jump to side to side to avoid Aya's attacks but are still easy to kill.
