Raichos are first encountered on 16F in Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard. Raichos do have decent attacking power and are also kinda fast. Their skill, Strike, is just a stronger attack with no extra effect. Overall, they are one of the weaker enemies of the Petal Bridge.
