The Tranquil Repose Freedom Fighters (although that may not have been their name) was a group of humans who tried to retrieve the bodies of their loved ones from Tranquil Repose on Necros. The Courts would not allow the bodies of the Resting Ones to be released from suspended animation as the important people would be in direct competition with those currently holding power. The group then turned to stealing the bodies.
