Former mercernary, Nathan Noboru joined Third Echelon to throw the trail of two men he stole from after an assignement. The assignment involved Noboru to kill the wife and child of one of his targets to eliminate witnessess. Noboru refused the assignment, and thus his employers refused to pay him for it. With help from an old friend, Noboru stole the amount of money he believed was fit for the portion of the job he completed. Noboru was on of the Third Echelon agents assigned to the Delta Sly unit dedicated to capturing or killing Sam Fisher when he was accused of murdering Irving Lambert in the events of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Endgame.
