The Headquarters is the starting building in a Wehrmacht players base area. It produces a large amount of manpower and File:Icon Fuel Small.png every minute. Pioneers, the basic builder unit for the Wehrmacht are produced from this building. If destroyed by the enemy, doctrine units can not be deployed to the battlefield and doctrine powers will no longer be available for use.
