Scotland Yard Section Director Alec Drummond and Superintendant Quinlan are allies to Clouseau in "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" and "Trail of the Pink Panther". They are played by Colin Blakely and Leonard Rossiter respectively. Death Quinlan was killed by operatives of Project Wideawake. He and Charwoman ambushed them, and were killed in the firefight that followed.
