Springfield Ponies were minor league baseball teams, teams from Springfield, Massachusetts played under that name in the Eastern League in 1894, 1899-1900, the Connecticut State League from 1902-1912, the Eastern Association from 1913-1914 and the Eastern League in 1916, 1918-1919, 1922-1931. A separate team, from Springfield, Ohio, played under the same name in the Northeastern League in 1934
